To collect your order directly in Offenbach, you need to follow the below steps:

Send an email to : info@kraulquappen.de (or call us) with your order and pick-up date. You can pay the order by collection

By orders via E-shop we have to change the delivery method to: collect, before you do your payment. You will receive a new confirmation with the updated total amount. Once we receive your payment, we can plan the date & time for the collection.
